To hit the ground running, you'll need proven UX/UI experience, a solid portfolio showing end-to-end design and front-end work, and confidence using tools like Figma or Adobe XD. You'll also need working knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript, and a clear understanding of accessibility and responsive design principles.
