We are currently seeking a Market Analyst to join our Marketing Analytic team. The Analyst will be responsible for gathering and interpreting data to help the company understand market trends, customer behaviour, and the competitive landscape.
Duties and Responsibilities- Conduct in-depth market research and share insights with marketing on a regular basis.
- Calculate and track our Total Addressable Market and identify high-growth segments within specific verticals.
- Support Account-Based Marketing (ABM) efforts by researching specific high-value prospects and their internal organisational structures.
- Closely partner with Marketing team to analyse the B2B marketing funnel and identify which channels (e.g., Reports, Events, LinkedIn) drive the highest quality MQLs (Marketing Qualified Leads).
- Translate business questions into data analytics problems; quickly transform real-world data to actionable information using sound data analytics techniques.
- Visualise and structure data for concise, clear delivery of relevant insights. Ability to tell story with the data to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Develop a deep understanding of our marketing data.
- 5-7 years of professional experience analysing data, and providing insights.
- 5+ years of experience analysing market data.
- 5+ years building reports, dashboards, and insights.
- Experience with Salesforce Reporting and B2B data.
- Dashboard/reporting building experience (in Salesforce and visualisation tools).
- Strong technical expertise to efficiently and accurately gather data.
- Ability to effectively collaborate across various roles and functions.
