The Senior Campaign Manager will contribute to the strategic planning and execution of demand generation programmes across email, social, display, search, and website platforms across EMEA, including demand generation, lead generation, digital marketing, customer lifecycle marketing, and account-based marketing (ABM). It is a permanent, full-time role based in London with an opportunity to grow the campaign function and the position in the coming years.

Responsibilities:

  • Build, plan, execute, and analyse demand generation campaigns across EMEA in a variety of marketing channels, including email, advertising, social media, and search.
  • Work collaboratively to create successful campaigns through a compelling customer journey, clear and engaging messaging, and creative design, with clear objectives and targets.
  • Measure and monitor campaign performance against targets to ensure success, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to manage campaign deadlines, assets, and deliverables.
  • Support strategic marketing initiatives as needed.
  • Bring and implement the latest and best campaign practices.
  • A/B test campaigns and optimise performance across the whole customer journey.
  • Measure and track ROMI for digital campaigns.

Experience & Skills:

  • 5–7 years of marketing experience, ideally in a similar B2B marketing, demand generation or integrated marketing role.
  • Experience across a broad range of marketing channels, with particular strength in digital marketing, including email, SEM, paid and organic social, and programmatic display.
  • Experience developing and executing demand generation and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns; knowledge of SEO and AEO would be an advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret campaign performance data and translate insights into actionable business recommendations.
  • Excellent project management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively, manage multiple initiatives and maintain strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively across teams, functions, regions and cultures.
  • A proactive, adaptable and results-oriented approach, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a virtual or cross-functional team.
  • Working knowledge of CRM platforms such as Salesforce; familiarity with marketing automation platforms such as Eloqua or Pardot is an advantage.
