Your Mission
You'll be the operational backbone of our Sales organization, ensuring our sales teams have the systems, insights, and processes they need to succeed.
This isn't a role for someone who simply maintains Salesforce.
We're looking for someone who proactively identifies opportunities, challenges the status quo, and continuously improves how we work.
If you're excited by AI, automation, analytics, and collaborating with people across the business, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Do
- Own and continuously improve Salesforce, ensuring it supports our commercial teams with reliable data, scalable processes, and effective automations.
- Partner with Sales leaders, Marketing, Customer Success, and other stakeholders to streamline workflows and improve the way we operate.
- Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs that provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making.
- Drive CRM data quality, governance, and operational excellence across the customer lifecycle.
- Leverage AI tools such as Chat GPT, Claude, and emerging technologies to improve productivity and identify smarter ways of working.
- Support onboarding and enablement by ensuring new team members adopt our systems and best practices quickly.
- What You'll Bring
- 3-5+ years of experience in a Sales Operations or Revenue Operations role, preferably in a Saa S or technology environment.
- Strong hands-on Salesforce expertise, including automation, reporting, data management, and CRM best practices.
- A proactive mindset with a passion for improving processes rather than simply maintaining them.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into business recommendations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills - you build trusted relationships across teams and can confidently work with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience using AI tools (e. g. Chat GPT, Claude) to increase productivity and improve business processes.
- Fluent English (C1/C2).
- Why Sherpany
- Be part of an international company where you’ll take on responsibility and your ideas are always welcome.
- We invest in your personal and professional growth by offering financial support for further education, training, and more.
- Your well-being matters – our partner nilo. health supports you in maintaining it.
- Work with the latest technologies and an Apple Mac Book provided at the start of your journey with us.
- Last but not least: Our company culture is important to us – we regularly organize team events and foster a values-driven environment.
