We are seeking a dynamic Corporate Recruiter for a 6-month fixed term to lead consultative, end-to-end recruitment efforts across our global organization with a focus on sales recruitment. The ideal candidate is an experienced recruiter who excels at partnering with leaders at all levels, communicates effectively, demonstrates strong business acumen, and thrives in a fast-paced, multi-location environment. This is a 6-month fixed term position based in our London office and follows a hybrid work model of working 2 days per week in office.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage full-cycle recruitment across multiple functions and locations.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to understand business needs, role requirements, and ideal candidate profiles.
  • Proactively source and engage talent across all business areas, building strong pipelines of both active and passive candidates.
  • Provide consultative insights, feedback, and recommendations to support hiring decisions and workforce needs.
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Manage a diverse requisition load, often including specialized or global roles.
  • Leverage social media, employer branding strategies, and creative sourcing techniques to attract top talent.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the Applicant Tracking System (Workday).

Desired Skills and Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or a related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, global experience preferred. Must have some experience recruiting for sales roles.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and influence hiring decisions across all levels of an organization.
  • Proven success in developing and executing innovative sourcing strategies.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Experience with Workday Recruit is a plus.
