Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic Corporate Recruiter to drive consultative, end-to-end recruitment efforts across our global organization. As a key member of our fun, passionate, and growing Talent Acquisition and HR team, you will play a critical role in identifying, attracting, and securing top talent. The ideal candidate is an experienced recruiter who excels at partnering with leaders at all levels, communicates effectively, thrives in a fast-paced, multi-location environment and has experience securing top talent across a broad range of functions. This position is based in our London office and follows a hybrid work model of working 2 days per week in office.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead and manage full-cycle recruitment across multiple functions and locations.
- Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to understand business needs, role requirements, and ideal candidate profiles.
- Proactively source and engage talent across all business areas, building strong pipelines of both active and passive candidates.
- Provide consultative insights, feedback, and recommendations to support hiring decisions and workforce needs.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Manage a diverse requisition load, often including specialized or global roles.
- Leverage social media, employer branding strategies, and creative sourcing techniques to attract top talent.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the Applicant Tracking System (Workday).
Desired Skills and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or a related field preferred.
- 4+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, global experience preferred. Prior agency experience preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and influence hiring decisions across all levels of an organization.
- Proven success in developing and executing innovative sourcing strategies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Experience with Workday Recruit is a plus.
