The Business Enablement Salesforce Administrator – EMEA/APAC Support plays a critical role in maintaining and enhancing our global Salesforce environment. As part of a collaborative, fast‑paced international team, you will support users across all regions by ensuring platform stability, delivering high‑quality operational support, and contributing to the evolution of Datasite’s Salesforce solutions. This role involves daily interaction with business stakeholders, hands‑on problem solving, data management, and partnership in process improvements that drive organizational efficiency.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Independently manage and prioritize requests in internal support queues, resolving issues in alignment with established SLAs.
- Conduct initial triage and troubleshooting for bugs, data inconsistencies, or reported user issues.
- Provide clear communication and high‑quality service to internal customers across global teams.
- Manage Salesforce access, permissions, roles, and security configurations to ensure alignment with organizational policies.
- Perform routine audits to maintain system integrity and ensure accurate data governance.
- Execute data imports, exports, and mass updates with precision and adherence to data quality standards.
- Monitor and improve data hygiene by identifying patterns, correcting errors, and promoting best practices across user teams.
