We’re scaling fast, driving SaaS growth and executing a focused M&A strategy backed by Strada Partners. This is a build phase, not maintenance.
About the Role
We’re hiring a Finance Director to own the numbers, the narrative, and the investor relationship. You’ll work directly with the CEO and PE sponsor, lead board reporting, shape capital strategy, and build a finance function that can scale through multiple acquisitions. This is a high-impact role for someone who makes decisions, not decks.
Responsibilities
- Own financial strategy, board reporting, and investor narrative
- Lead relationship with Strada Partners (PE sponsor)
- Drive M&A support: valuation, structuring, integration
- Own debt, covenants, and banking relationships
- Build and lead a high-performing finance team
- Deliver clear recommendations, not options
- Upgrade systems, tooling, and reporting speed
Requirements
- 7–15 years in finance, including Director of Finance experience
- PE-backed or high-growth, multi-entity environment
- Strong investor and board communication
- Deep debt and capital structure experience
- M&A exposure (buy-side)
- SaaS / tech / data background preferred
- Builder mindset—has created, not just inherited
- ERP experience (Odoo a plus)
- Automation / AI in finance
