What you will be working on
- Shape and evolve the visual and sensory direction of our playable tech demos and prototypes.
- Bring together and fine-tune 3D assets, shaders, lighting, and audio to create polished, cohesive experiences.
- Produce in-engine clips, vignettes, and experimental pieces that highlight our technology.
- Partner closely with the development team to prototype, iterate, and refine new interactive ideas.
Requirements
- Strong Unity expertise across materials, shaders, VFX, lighting, post-processing, and optimisation.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language, ideally C#.
- Ability to build or adjust assets using Blender, Maya, or Substance.
- Knowledge of audio implementation using Unity Audio, FMOD, Wwise, or similar tools.
- Excellent visual judgement and attention to detail.
- Curiosity, independence, and a willingness to explore ideas across multiple disciplines.
- Self-motivated with a growth mindset. Comfortable collaborating with others, but also confident taking ownership when needed.
