My client is looking for a Senior Console/Engine Engineer to join their game studio to work on a well‐known simulation game. This role offers full remote working opportunities across Europe, the UK and Germany, with a pay range up to the equivalent of Ā£80k plus company benefits.

The client is looking for someone to work on the development of technology for modern console platforms. You will develop and refine abstractions between systems to manage console compatibility, and work on porting and improving existing systems while guiding the creation of new ones to ensure performance and compatibility with console platforms.

Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience working with C++
  • Good understanding of concurrency, memory management, optimisation and game systems
  • Worked on at least one title on console/PC 3D project
  • Passion for simulation games
