We're looking for a talented Environment Artist to join a small, passionate development team. You'll be expanding our successful sports simulation game with fresh, high-quality content - raising the visual bar and helping shape the direction of our growing product lineup. You'll work closely with internal stakeholders, so clear communication and collaboration are just as important as your artistic skills.

What You'll Do
- Create consistently high-quality environment art for an established, live game
- Take work from concept through to in-game implementation
- Collaborate across disciplines with art, production, and development teams
- Work with Production to provide accurate and achievable time estimates
- Manage your own tasks, meet deadlines, and proactively flag issues
Essential Requirements
- 3+ years' experience as an Environment Artist
- Online portfolio demonstrating environment art work
- Experience shipping at least one published title
- Strong grasp of real-world references, colour theory, staging, and lighting
- Proficiency with industry-standard tools (3ds Max, Blender, Maya or similar)
- Understanding of rendering budgets and performance considerations
- Experience working within Agile/Scrum methodology
- Fluent English communication skills
