You'll work closely with internal stakeholders, so clear communication and collaboration are just as important as your artistic skills.

About:

We offer genuine flexibility and a culture built on trust, growth, and inclusion - we're committed to a workplace free from discrimination on any basis.

What You'll Do

  • Take work from concept through to in-game implementation
  • Collaborate across disciplines with art, production, and development teams
  • Work with Production to provide accurate and achievable time estimates
  • Manage your own tasks, meet deadlines, and proactively flag issues

Essential Requirements

  • 3+ years' experience as an Environment Artist
  • Online portfolio demonstrating environment art work
  • Experience shipping at least one published title
  • Strong grasp of real-world references, colour theory, staging, and lighting
  • Proficiency with industry-standard tools (3ds Max, Blender, Maya or similar)
  • Understanding of rendering budgets and performance considerations
  • Experience working within Agile/Scrum methodology
  • Fluent English communication skills

Benefits

  • Fully remote working, with the option to work from a physical office location in Surrey
  • Flexible hours to fit around family or personal commitments
