Tech Heavy or Technical Animator with Animation Experience! This role sits at the intersection of animation, systems, and implementation. You’ll be joining an ambitious, self‑funded start‑up building an Unreal‑based AAA shooter with high fidelity, strong creative direction, and serious aspirations.
The ideal person is hands‑on, proactive, and comfortable owning features end‑to‑end. Competitive compensation with the option for variable comp at senior levels.
You’ll work closely with a small, highly experienced team hailing from Fatshark, DICE, Paradox, and other top studios. These are good folks who care about craft, collaboration, and making genuinely great games. No bureaucracy, no ego, no BS. Just talented people building something exciting.
