Are you highly organised, detail-oriented, and interested in developing a career in data and insight? At Brooke, we're looking for a Data Support Officer to join our Data and Insight Team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to establish a career in data and gain valuable experience in a global charity.

You'll work closely with all members of the team to support data collection, survey management, organisational reporting, and project administration. You'll also work with colleagues across the organisation to ensure high-quality data is collected, maintained, and reported effectively.

We're looking for someone who is organised, curious, and eager to learn. The successful candidate will be communicative and proactive, who can demonstrate the skills we need. Experience in the charity and data sectors is a bonus but not essential for this role. We also want to know why you have applied, tell us about your motivations and why you think this role at Brooke is right for you.

Brooke is the leading global welfare charity for working horses, donkeys and mules across Africa, Asia and Latin America. Our vision is a world where working equines are free from suffering and have a life worth living. Around 600 million people rely on these animals for their livelihoods, and we work with communities, governments and partners to create lasting change.

This role offers a unique opportunity to develop valuable data and reporting skills within a supportive and experienced team. You'll gain exposure to data collection, reporting, analytics, project support, and organisational insight while contributing to an international charity making a real impact.

At Brooke, we celebrate diversity and the creative new ideas it brings. We actively encourage applications from all backgrounds, in particular global majority candidates, candidates from a social mobility background, disabled and neuro-diverse candidates, and candidates under 25 as these groups are currently under-represented at Brooke.

We are aware that studies have shown that women and global majority candidates are less likely to apply for a role if they feel they do not meet the full criteria of the job description. If you feel you meet the majority of the criteria, we would love to hear from you.

We offer a variety of flexible working options to best support our staff and to ensure our working practices are as inclusive as possible.

Interview to be held w/c 23rd November 2026.
