Role Description
The Powder Coater is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Cottenham, responsible for preparing and coating metal components used in data centre infrastructure products.
Day‑to‑day tasks include surface preparation such as cleaning, masking, and sanding, setting up and operating powder coating equipment, and applying coatings to achieve the required finish, thickness, and durability.
The role involves monitoring curing oven settings, inspecting finished parts for quality, and reworking items where necessary to meet specification and safety standards.
The Powder Coater will follow production schedules, maintain a clean and safe work area, complete basic equipment checks, and collaborate with manufacturing and quality teams to ensure timely delivery of high‑quality coated components.
Qualifications
