Overview
Following significant growth and an expanding portfolio of hyperscale and colocation projects, they are seeking an exceptional Electrical Technical Director to become the recognised technical authority within their business.

- Resolve high‑risk engineering challenges while maintaining exceptional technical quality across every stage of project delivery.
- Technical Expertise

- HV and MV electrical distribution
- Utility interface strategy

- Significant experience delivering hyperscale and colocation data centre developments.
- Proven experience acting as a senior technical reviewer and engineering authority on major international projects.
- Strong understanding of international engineering standards and mission‑critical design principles.
- Exceptional technical problem‑solving ability with a meticulous attention to engineering quality.
- Experience mentoring engineers and developing high‑performing technical teams.

This Role Is Ideal For Someone Who...
- Wants to remain hands‑on technically rather than move into a purely commercial or management position.
- Enjoys reviewing engineering calculations and solving complex technical challenges.
- Is recognised by colleagues as the person they turn to when projects encounter difficult engineering problems.
- Gains satisfaction from mentoring engineers and improving technical capability across an organisation.
