We are looking for a User Researcher who can navigate both B2C and B2B research contexts, gathering valuable insights into a diverse range of user needs, behaviours, and motivations. This role will involve planning and conducting research across individual consumers (healthcare professionals and patients) and business users, using a mix of qualitative and quantitative methods. You will mentor and coach product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to ensure our products align with both consumer and enterprise user needs, delivering exceptional user experiences.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Design and implement research frameworks that address the needs of both B2C users and B2B SaaS customers.
  • Plan and execute user research studies, including participant recruitment, interviews, surveys, usability testing, and feedback sessions for diverse audiences.
  • Analyse qualitative and quantitative data to uncover trends, pain points, and opportunities across consumer and business user segments.
  • Create user personas and map journeys for both consumer and business customers to inform product and design strategies.
  • Communicate actionable insights to senior leadership and cross-functional teams, highlighting findings that drive customer satisfaction and product success.
  • Validate design concepts through user testing, ensuring intuitive experiences for consumers and efficient, value-driven solutions for B2B clients.
  • Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and developers to translate research into impactful product improvements.
  • Champion user needs throughout the product lifecycle, promoting inclusivity, accessibility, and alignment with diverse user requirements.
  • Stay current with UX research best practices and support the team in adopting a continuous discovery mindset.
