Role Purpose: Our Junior Marketing Manager - Communications will be a proactive and highly organised member of our international Marketing team, operating in a fast‑paced B2B technology environment. This hybrid role requires a minimum of two days per week working from the office to support collaboration and team engagement. You’ll play a key role in delivering clear, engaging, and consistent messaging that supports the organisation’s wider brand and commercial objectives. Acting as a central link between marketing, communications, and internal stakeholders, this role ensures content and campaigns are well‑coordinated, aligned with brand guidelines, and effectively connect with target audiences across multiple channels. You’ll also support the smooth delivery of marketing initiatives through effective planning, coordination, and collaboration with colleagues across international teams and internal specialists. With strong attention to detail and organisation, you will help maintain high standards across all outputs, ensuring a cohesive voice and enabling the business to communicate its value proposition with clarity and professionalism in a dynamic environment.

Role Requirements and Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimise company social media channels, including content planning, scheduling, publishing, and performance monitoring.
  • Produce high‑quality, engaging marketing content across multiple formats, including email campaigns, website copy, social media posts, brochures, case studies, presentations, and sales support materials.
  • Assist in the creation, editing, and review of press releases and broader corporate communications.
  • Develop and coordinate marketing assets to support external events, exhibitions, and integrated campaigns.
  • Maintain and update website content via the CMS, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and alignment with brand standards.
  • Liaise with the in‑house design team to brief and deliver creative assets that support ongoing marketing initiatives.
  • Contribute to the delivery of email marketing campaigns using relevant platforms and tools, supporting execution and optimisation.
  • Support the Marketing Communications Manager in planning and coordinating marketing activity, ensuring projects are delivered on time.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues across international teams to support and align marketing efforts.
  • Utilise collaboration and project management tools to manage workflows and enhance team communication.
  • Uphold brand consistency and quality across all marketing and communications outputs.
  • Requirement to travel occasionally, nationally and internationally.

Skills and Experience:

  • Excellent written communication skills, with a strong eye for detail and accuracy in proofreading and editing.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively and manage multiple deadlines.
  • Proven experience managing social media channels in a professional or corporate environment.
  • Practical experience using email marketing platforms (e.g. Mailchimp, HubSpot, Dotdigital or similar).
  • Experience updating and maintaining website content using a CMS.
  • Ability to manage and balance multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across international teams.
  • Proactive and adaptable approach, with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
  • Ability to follow brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all communications.
  • Competent user of digital collaboration and project management tools (e.g. Microsoft Teams, Trello, ClickUp, Asana).
  • A background in a B2B or technology‑focused environment, with strong knowledge of digital marketing and integrated campaigns, familiarity with PR and content performance analysis, an involvement in events, and international market exposure would also be advantageous.
