Role Requirements and Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimise company social media channels, including content planning, scheduling, publishing, and performance monitoring.
- Produce high-quality, engaging marketing content across multiple formats, including email campaigns, website copy, social media posts, brochures, case studies, presentations, and sales support materials.
- Assist in the creation, editing, and review of press releases and broader corporate communications.
- Develop and coordinate marketing assets to support external events, exhibitions, and integrated campaigns.
- Maintain and update website content via the CMS, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and alignment with brand standards.
- Liaise with the in-house design team to brief and deliver creative assets that support ongoing marketing initiatives.
- Contribute to the delivery of email marketing campaigns using relevant platforms and tools, supporting execution and optimisation.
- Support the Marketing Communications Manager in planning and coordinating marketing activity, ensuring projects are delivered on time.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across international teams to support and align marketing efforts.
- Utilise collaboration and project management tools to manage workflows and enhance team communication.
- Uphold brand consistency and quality across all marketing and communications outputs.
Skills and Experience:
- Excellent written communication skills, with a strong eye for detail and accuracy in proofreading and editing.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively and manage multiple deadlines.
- Proven experience managing social media channels in a professional or corporate environment.
- Practical experience using email marketing platforms (e.g. Mailchimp, HubSpot, Dotdigital or similar).
- Experience updating and maintaining website content using a CMS.
- Ability to manage and balance multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across international teams.
- Proactive and adaptable approach, with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
- Ability to follow brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all communications.
- Competent user of digital collaboration and project management tools (e.g. Microsoft Teams, Trello, ClickUp, Asana).
- A background in a B2B or technology-focused environment, with strong knowledge of digital marketing and integrated campaigns, familiarity with PR and content performance analysis, an involvement in events, and international market exposure would also be advantageous.
