Your mission is to generate a qualified pipeline by proactively engaging target prospects through highâvolume, personalised outreach (cold calling, personalised emailing, social selling). You will own and achieve activity and pipeline targets (e.g., outreach volume, conversations, meetings booked, qualified opportunities created). Qualify inbound and outbound leads using the MEDDPICC framework to identify highâintent, bestâfit opportunities.
Partner closely with Account Executives on account planning, prospect research and meeting preparation, ensuring clean handovers with strong discovery notes and clear next steps. Support marketingâled pipeline creation by following up on campaigns, webinars and events, turning marketing leads into booked meetings and qualified opportunities. Maintain a strong understanding of Datamaran's value proposition and clearly communicate how it applies to different buyer personas and business needs.
Your profile:
- Relevant sales experience (preferably in Technology / SaaS) and proven success in building qualified pipeline.
- Resultsâoriented with demonstrated performance in outreach (e.g., activity levels, meetings/demos booked, qualified opportunities created).
- Strong planning and prioritisation skills.
- Comfortable working to targets and operating in a metricsâdriven environment.
- Creative and strategic in approachâcan test messaging, tailor outreach by persona/industry and improve conversion through experimentation and learning.
Officeâbased requirement: This role requires working out of our London City office on a regular basis (typically 3+ days per week).
Preferred Skills:
- Strong commercial outlook and acumen.
- Understanding of MEDDPICC (and/or MEDDIC, SPIN, Challenger Sales).
- An understanding of and interest in ESG and sustainability more broadly.
- Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong and LinkedIn Sales Navigator a plus.
- Excellent work ethic.
