You will be hands-on with everything from soldering and wiring to inspection and testing – playing a key role in delivering the high-quality electronic assemblies Datalink is known for.

Overview
Datalink Electronics Ltd continues to grow, and we are looking for a skilled Cable & PCB Assembler to join our production team. You will be hands-on with everything from soldering and wiring to inspection and testing – playing a key role in delivering the high-quality electronic assemblies Datalink is known for.
What You Will Be Doing
- Assemble and solder PCBs, cable harnesses and mechanical builds
- Interpret electrical diagrams and schematics accurately for correct installation of components
- Apply conformal coating and encapsulate assemblies as required
- Operate soldering equipment including flow and selective solder machines
- Conduct inspections to IPC standards and Customer specifications
What We are Looking For
- Ability to understand technical drawings and identify components
- Proven experience in PCB and cable assembly
- Skilled in soldering, crimping and wire termination
- Experience in the use of soldering machines and conformal coating/encapsulation
- Familiarity with IPC standards (610, 620, J-STD)
