The Tax Analyst will be responsible for preparing and managing all direct and indirect tax compliance and ensuring all filings are made in accordance with relevant tax legislation. The Tax Analyst will report to the Tax Manager and Head of Tax and will play a key role in supporting them and the wider business on complex tax issues. This position requires a proactive individual with a keen eye for detail and a passion for tax compliance within a fast-paced environment typical of a motorsport setting. As a Tax Analyst, you will take a leading role in ensuring the business remains fully tax compliant while supporting the wider tax function.
- Leading on all direct and indirect tax compliance processes, ensuring accuracy and timely submission of returns. This includes liaising with internal teams and collating information required by services providers, as appropriate.
- Supporting the tax team across a variety of areas, including employment and indirect tax.
- Monitoring IR35 compliance, liaising with contractors and the wider business as necessary.
- Supporting in global mobility related tax matters such as Short-Term Business Visitor (STBV) reporting.
- Completing and reviewing corporate tax forms and associated documentation.
- Staying up to date with changes in UK tax legislation, and preparing clear, concise summaries to share with the wider finance team.
- Assisting in the drafting of tax policies and processes, ensuring they are practical for the business and aligned with tax best practice.
- Identifying and mitigating tax-related risks by assisting with the development and implementation of internal tax controls as part of our internal risk and compliance framework.
- Maintaining a compliance calendar to ensure tax filing requirements and managing tax payments for various jurisdictions.
- Identifying and implementing opportunities for continuous process improvements, for example through standardization and leveraging available technology.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex issues clearly
