You and Your Team:
As an Operations Analyst you will be reporting to the Strategy Manager.
In this role you will provide analytical, technical and strategic support across Customer Operations. You will be responsible for providing management with analytical insight, performance reporting, forecasting and ensuring best practise in all projects and programmes.
In your day-to-day role, as an Operations Analyst you will:
- Strategic Analysis & Insight: Use data to identify opportunities, build commercial cases, and deliver insights that shape operational strategy and improve customer experience.
- Process & Solution Design: Develop and deploy strategies, processes, and system solutions that address customer needs and align with business goals.
- Performance Reporting & Forecasting: Produce accurate, fit-for-purpose analysis and forecasts using advanced analytical methods and tools like Excel and SQL.
- Governance & Documentation: Ensure all strategies and processes are documented with appropriate controls, governance, and risk considerations.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with teams across Customer Operations, IT, Finance, and Credit to influence change and deliver results.
- Continuous Improvement: Challenge the status quo, raise risks appropriately, and contribute to a culture of innovation and accountability.
