Data Planning Analyst
• Advanced Excel skills (including Power Query and complex formulas)
• Experience in consolidating complex data via collection templates
• Provide assistance to project/programme leads to complete planning templates and business cases
• SharePoint skills (forms/lists) preferred
• Understanding of financial budgeting and planning
• Tech & FI knowledge preferred
The Data Analyst will be responsible for helping to set up the new data practice within ITID. Specifically, they should use their experience to suggest new ideas and improvements for how the department uses and analyzes data related to incoming projects. They will also handle ad-hoc requests from senior stakeholders, requiring quick analysis and turnaround. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong MS Excel (including VLOOKUPs, pivot tables) and SharePoint (Lists/Forms) experience.
Ideally, the candidate will have experience setting up data practices from scratch and aligning their work with broader business objectives and strategic direction.
