A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced, motivated telesales professional to join an online training provider.
What would your duties be?
- Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business
- Cold call to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities
- Identify potential clients, and the decision-makers within the client organization
- Research and build relationships with new clients
- Plan approaches and pitches
- Work with team to develop proposals that speak to the client's needs, concerns, and objectives
- Participate in pricing the solution/service
- Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements, and working through differences to a positive conclusion
- Use a variety of styles to persuade or negotiate appropriately
- Ensure that data is accurately entered and managed within the company's CRM or other sales management system
What will we offer?
- £30,000 basic salary (depending on experience), uncapped commission
- Generous annual leave allowance - 24 days holiday plus bank holidays - Additionally Xmas break (usually 4-5 days) and birthdays are paid leave additional to annual allowance!
