Datalaw is a legal training and education provider based in the heart of Liverpool. As part of our growth, we are looking for an apprenticeship support co-ordinator to work closely with apprentices, legal professionals and colleagues across England.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conducting face to face meetings with apprentices and their employers
  • Undertaking initial assessments and interviews
  • Reviewing and signing off relevant documentation
  • Ensuring compliance with apprenticeship regulations, funding, and procedures throughout the training cycle
  • Quality checks, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Building relationships with team members, learners and employers
  • Managing a busy workload, diaries and general administrative tasks

What we are looking for

  • Understanding of apprenticeship processes, funding rules, regulations and procedures
  • Excellent communication, happy to build a quick rapport with a range of people
  • Good IT skills in particular Teams and Microsoft Office
  • Strong administrative skills and organisational skills
  • Being able to juggle a variety of tasks, diaries and deadlines

Working hours

Full time, office based role. Working hours Monday – Friday 9am to 5pm
