Datalaw is a legal training and education provider based in the heart of Liverpool. As part of our growth, we are looking for an apprenticeship support co-ordinator to work closely with apprentices, legal professionals and colleagues across England.
Key Responsibilities
- Conducting face to face meetings with apprentices and their employers
- Undertaking initial assessments and interviews
- Reviewing and signing off relevant documentation
- Ensuring compliance with apprenticeship regulations, funding, and procedures throughout the training cycle
- Quality checks, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Building relationships with team members, learners and employers
- Managing a busy workload, diaries and general administrative tasks
What we are looking for
- Understanding of apprenticeship processes, funding rules, regulations and procedures
- Excellent communication, happy to build a quick rapport with a range of people
- Good IT skills in particular Teams and Microsoft Office
- Strong administrative skills and organisational skills
- Being able to juggle a variety of tasks, diaries and deadlines
Working hours
Full time, office based role. Working hours Monday – Friday 9am to 5pm
