Datalaw is a leading training provider for legal professionals and apprentices, supporting learners throughout their education and into further accreditations and career development. As part of our continued growth, we are looking to appoint an HR Manager who will take full ownership of the HR function and play a key role in shaping the organisation’s future. This is a stand-alone HR role and a key appointment for the business. The successful candidate will work closely with the senior management team on organisational development, strategic planning, and the creation of robust HR processes and systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Employee relations, including advising managers and supporting casework
- Ensuring compliance with employment legislation and internal policies
- Stakeholder management across all levels of the organisation
- Overseeing compensation, benefits, and reward processes
- Supporting training, development, and performance initiatives
- Managing HR administration and maintaining accurate records
About You
- CIPD Level 5 is preferred, though not essential
- Experience in a generalist HR role
- Confident operating independently and taking ownership of the HR remit
