Datalaw is looking for a creative and engaging Content Creator Coach to support apprentices as they develop the skills, knowledge and behaviours needed for roles in digital content creation. You’ll deliver online teaching, provide 1:1 coaching, review creative work, and guide learners through their apprenticeship journey.
What you’ll do:
- Deliver online workshops and 1:1 coaching
- Support apprentices to meet all KSB requirements
- Review creative work including video, graphics, copy and social content
- Track progress, OTJ hours and compliance
- Hold monthly learning meetings and tripartite reviews
- Support portfolio development and EPA preparation
- Maintain accurate records and uphold Ofsted/DfE standards
What you’ll need:
- Strong industry experience in content creation, digital marketing or social media
- Excellent communication, coaching and organisational skills
- Ability to give constructive feedback on creative work
Desirable:
- Relevant qualification in content creation, digital marketing or media
- Teaching/coaching qualification or willingness to work towards one
- Assessor/IQA experience
- Experience supporting apprenticeships
