Datalaw is looking for a creative and engaging Content Creator Coach to support apprentices as they develop the skills, knowledge and behaviours needed for roles in digital content creation. You’ll deliver online teaching, provide 1:1 coaching, review creative work, and guide learners through their apprenticeship journey.

What you’ll do:

  • Deliver online workshops and 1:1 coaching
  • Support apprentices to meet all KSB requirements
  • Review creative work including video, graphics, copy and social content
  • Track progress, OTJ hours and compliance
  • Hold monthly learning meetings and tripartite reviews
  • Support portfolio development and EPA preparation
  • Maintain accurate records and uphold Ofsted/DfE standards

What you’ll need:

  • Strong industry experience in content creation, digital marketing or social media
  • Excellent communication, coaching and organisational skills
  • Ability to give constructive feedback on creative work

Desirable:

  • Relevant qualification in content creation, digital marketing or media
  • Teaching/coaching qualification or willingness to work towards one
  • Assessor/IQA experience
  • Experience supporting apprenticeships
