We are looking for a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst / Business Intelligence CoE Lead to join our Enterprise Data and Analytics team in London. As a member of the EDA Team, you will play a central role in delivering data products and data-driven insights to various stakeholders and teams at the company.

How you’ll make an impact:As a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst in the Enterprise Data & Analytics (EDA) team at Dataiku, you will:
- Drive data-driven decision-making across the organization.
- Collaborate with the EDA team, cross-functional analytics teams, and executives to extract, analyse, and present valuable insights on company performance and opportunities.
- Act as a Center of Excellence BI Leader for our community of analysts and work directly with the Product team to enhance the data visualisation features of Dataiku.
- Designing, developing, and maintaining reference reports or dashboards supporting the company’s most important metrics using BI tools such as Tableau and Dataiku's own platform.
- Participating in the end of month/quarter closing and creating content for cross-functional senior executives to summarise results with a high standard of visual presentation.
- Conducting gap analysis, understanding business needs, and building out advanced analytical solutions.
- Responding to urgent or complex ad-hoc data inquiries to support senior executives.
- Transforming structured and raw data into usable formats for analysis while ensuring data quality and reliability.
- Working with the Analytics Engineering team to operationalise new data sources.
- Configuring and maintaining our Tableau instance and overseeing Tableau licenses.
- Building and maintaining an active community of BI analysts and stakeholders.
- Defining and enforcing best practices for dashboard development and data security.
- Collaborating closely with Dataiku’s Product team to improve Data Visualisation features.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Analytics Engineering, or Data Science.
- Advanced ability to build reports and dashboards with BI tools (such as Tableau, Looker, or PowerBi).
- Literacy in SQL and Python; experience in Dataiku is a plus.
- Experience in building BI communities and driving engagement.
- Excellent analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially with senior stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and time constraints simultaneously.
