We’re looking for a Global People Services Specialist with a strong service mindset, excellent attention to detail, and a passion for continuous improvement. In this role, you’ll support our global workforce by resolving Tier 1+ HR inquiries and contributing to process improvements in a fast-paced, multicultural environment. This role is ideal for someone with strong HR operations experience, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural, and constantly evolving environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide Tier 1+ support to employees and managers across Americas, EMEA, and APAC, resolving a broad range of HR inquiries and issues via our ticketing system (FreshService).
  • Own key employee lifecycle processes such as onboarding, offboarding, employment contracts, letters, benefits administration, and leaves of absence (LOA).
  • Execute accurate and timely HR transactions in our HRIS System (Workday), including data changes, reporting, and access resets.
  • Contribute to the ongoing improvement of knowledge base articles, SOPs, and HR documentation.
  • Collaborate closely with People Business Partners, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, Global mobility, and stakeholders to support cross-functional processes.
  • Identify recurring issues and provide feedback to improve operational efficiency and employee experience.
  • Work flexible hours as needed to support global time zones and critical timelines.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to resolve moderately complex inquiries and escalate more complex (tier 2+) questions and issues appropriately.
  • Meet the defined performance standards and service level agreements.
  • Operate with top-quality communication and customer service skills, providing a consistent and positive experience for our employees.
  • Prioritize ticket resolution based on key internal timelines such as payroll, onboarding, offboarding, and other.
  • Assist with data integrity efforts, day-to-day operations, and administrative tasks within the People Operations team, as needed.
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in an HR shared services, HR Operations, generalist, or employee support role in a fast-paced environment.
  • Solid understanding of HR operations and employee lifecycle processes (onboarding, offboarding, LOA, benefit admin, contracts).
  • Experience with global employee populations and working across multiple regions and time zones.
  • Must be fluent in English and in at least one additional European language, such as French, German, or Spanish.
  • Ability to work flexible hours to support global stakeholders across multiple time zones.
  • Hands-on experience with HR systems (Workday preferred, Docusign), and ticketing tools (FreshService or similar).
  • Excellent attention to detail, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Growth mindset and continuous improvement orientation.
  • Comfortable operating in high-volume and high-ambiguity environments.
