This is a high-impact leadership role where engineering is deeply connected to business strategy, domain complexity, and precision execution. As VP of Engineering, youll shape and scale a world-class engineering org, strengthen architectural direction, and help the company evolve its platform into a robust, cloud-native, multi-product offering. Own and evolve the engineering function structure, hiring, delivery, and performance Foster a culture of engineering excellence, cross-functional collaboration, and high accountability Partner closely with Product and Regulatory experts to align strategy and execution Uplevel observability, DevOps, and data pipeline maturity Languages: Python, Scala, Clojure 10+ years of engineering experience, including 35+ in engineering leadership ~ Proven experience in scaling cloud-native architecture (AWS) in SaaS environments ~ Track record of leading and mentoring high-performing engineering teams ~ Bonus Experience with functional programming (e.g. Prior exposure to compliance, legal tech, or financial regulation domains Experience leading engineering through Series A to D scale-up phases If youre excited about leading engineering in one of the most complex and high-value areas of FinTech, wed love to speak with you.
