Senior Business Operations Analyst (Automation & AI)

London – Hybrid working

We’re hiring a Senior Business Operations Analyst to help drive operational change across a global InsurTech organisation.

This role sits at the intersection of operations, data, and technology, with a clear mandate to deliver change — embedding automation and AI into business-as-usual, not just designing them on paper.

What you’ll do

• Own business analysis and operational change initiatives
• Identify, shape, and support automation and AI use cases
• Drive adoption of new processes, workflows, and tools
• Work closely with ops, tech, and senior stakeholders

What we’re looking for

• Experience delivering change, not just documenting it
• Background in insurance, FS, or consulting
• Strong ops / BA skillset with automation exposure
• Comfortable influencing stakeholders and driving adoption
• London-based and happy with a high in-office presence
