As a Project Lead, you’ll oversee the end-to-end delivery of econometric modelling projects, mentor junior team members, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure outputs are actionable, intuitive, and statistically sound.
You’ll partner with strategy and planning teams to decode business challenges, design custom modelling solutions (primarily MMM), and present insights that drive real-world marketing performance.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the delivery of advanced modelling projects (MMM, forecasting, brand equity analysis, etc.).
- Ensure statistical robustness, model integrity, and timely delivery.
- Translate complex outputs into clear, commercial recommendations for senior marketing stakeholders.
- Coach and support junior analysts, ensuring knowledge sharing and skill development.
- Uphold modelling best practices and contribute to internal process improvement.
- Support new business efforts through analytical thinking and data storytelling.
About You
- Solid, hands-on experience in Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM) and time series econometrics, preferably within the marketing/media industry.
- A degree in a quantitative field such as Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or Data Science.
- Strong technical skills in R (or similar programming language), Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience managing client projects and leading teams of analysts or econometricians.
- Commercial acumen and the ability to align modelling outputs with marketing strategy.
- Familiarity with large, complex datasets and translating data into business value.
