About the Role
Our client is seeking a Technology & Tooling Director to lead the strategy, implementation, and optimisation of technology, tools, and analytics across a large, multi‑market account. This role acts as the central point of contact for all technology‑related initiatives and plays a key part in improving workflows, data capabilities, and team enablement.
You will manage the integration of major internal platforms into day‑to‑day operations, support teams in adopting new tools, and ensure the organisation is operating with best‑in‑class technology and processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Technology Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and execute a long‑term technology roadmap aligned to the team’s strategic objectives.
- Identify and recommend new tools, platforms, and technologies.
- Promote a data‑driven culture and ensure teams understand how to use analytics effectively.
- Keep up to date with industry and martech trends.
- Platform & Workflow Integration
- Act as the primary project manager for onboarding and integrating internal platforms and data stacks.
- Ensure seamless data flow between systems and strong platform adoption across global teams.
- Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and user guidance.
- Tooling & Analytics Management
- Oversee the selection, onboarding, and management of marketing and analytics tools.
