DATAHEAD is partnering with a major global organisation undergoing a large-scale transformation of its media, data, and analytics function across Europe. We are supporting the build-out of a regional analytics team responsible for driving data-driven investment strategy, advanced measurement, and marketing effectiveness across multiple markets.

We are now seeking a senior analytics leader who can blend technical expertise with strong commercial and client-facing skills. This role sits above market, working with regional stakeholders to elevate analytics maturity, shape media investment decisions, and implement measurement best practice at scale.

The Role

You will act as the strategic connector between category teams and analytics excellence. You’ll lead regional budget-setting frameworks, interpret and operationalise marketing mix modelling outputs, and turn complex data into clear, actionable guidance for senior stakeholders. You will work in a high-performing regional team, partnering closely with analytics directors, investment teams, and local market leads across Europe.
