A globally recognised retail brand is undergoing a major omnichannel transformation and is seeking an experienced Head of Technology to lead the next phase of its digital, operational, and customer-experience evolution. This is a pivotal leadership role with full ownership of the technology strategy, architecture, and delivery across stores, eCommerce, supply chain, and corporate systems. You will define and execute a long‐term roadmap that modernises the entire tech estate and positions the brand for scalable, customer‐centric growth.

Reporting directly to the CEO, you will shape the technology vision for a business with a rich heritage, strong international presence, and ambitious plans for the future.

What You'll Lead
  • Develop and deliver a technology roadmap that enables a truly omnichannel end‐to‐end customer experience.
  • Oversee the rollout of Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP across the organisation, ensuring strong process alignment and operational excellence.
  • Own the continued deployment and optimisation of Salesforce Commerce Cloud, steering the brand's global digital and eCommerce capability.
  • Drive seamless integration between retail, eCommerce, POS, CRM, PIM, DAM and OMS systems to enable real‐time inventory visibility, fulfilment accuracy, and high‐grade customer personalisation.
  • Ensure resilient, scalable cloud and network infrastructure across stores, distribution and head office.
  • Strengthen cybersecurity, data protection and IT governance frameworks.
  • Optimise vendor relationships, licensing and total cost of ownership across the full tech landscape.
  • Lead, mentor and grow a high‐performing internal technology team, fostering a culture of delivery, ownership and innovation.
About You
  • Strong background of senior IT leadership within retail, eCommerce or consumer‐focused environments.
  • Extensive experience delivering omnichannel transformations where digital and physical customer journeys converge.
  • Hands‐on leadership of D365 ERP and Salesforce Commerce Cloud implementations – this is essential.
  • Strong architectural understanding of Azure, API integrations and modern retail platforms.
  • Proven ability to modernise legacy systems, implement new tools at scale and create a unified data and systems environment.
  • Commercially sharp, financially disciplined and confident influencing at board level.
  • A leader who is both strategic and hands‐on – able to define vision and drive execution.
