The Role

As a Founding Protocol Engineer, you’ll lead the charge in solving complex problems in Web3 protocol development. Working closely with the founding team, you’ll be instrumental in shaping the technical direction of the platform and driving innovation in blockchain workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the founding team to define the technical strategy and roadmap.
  • Design and implement state-of-the-art solutions for Web3 protocol development.
  • Build AI-powered tools to simplify on-chain interactions, deployment, and security.
  • Enhance the security and resilience of protocols deployed through the platform.
  • Produce clear, comprehensive documentation for all engineering efforts.
  • Champion and cultivate a high-performing engineering culture.

What You’ll Bring

  • 5+ years of experience as a software engineer, specialising in protocol development and smart contract languages like Solidity or Rust.
  • A deep understanding of Web3 ecosystems, market trends, and technical challenges.
  • An analytical mindset and data-driven approach to problem-solving.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
  • A strong desire to work in an early-stage environment with high levels of ownership.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (Master’s preferred).
