We’re partnering with a prestigious, high-growth boutique consultancy that’s doing globally recognised work in marketing effectiveness. With clients investing £70M+ annually in media across ten countries, they punch well above their weight - and now they’re hiring a Lead / Associate Director to step into a pivotal leadership role.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead & Manage: Oversee end-to-end delivery of MMM projects, guide a team of four analysts and report into a senior portfolio lead.
- Own the Room: Present insights, shape narratives and confidently advise senior stakeholders across high-profile client accounts.
- Drive Innovation: Help define the team’s technical roadmap – from automation to advanced modelling approaches that keep pace with AI-era demands.
- Scale Talent: Mentor, develop and help grow internal capability; actively contribute to hiring and onboarding.
- Win Work: Be a key voice in the growth of the consultancy, shaping pitches and crafting compelling proposals that win new clients.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5–7 years’ experience in MMM with a solid grounding in hands-on modelling.
- A hybrid doer–manager mindset – comfortable with both delivery and strategy.
- Someone who thrives in lean, collaborative environments and isn’t afraid to take the lead.
- Strong technical understanding (e.g. R or Python), even if you’re not coding day-to-day.
- Commercially savvy with consulting polish – you know how to make data tell a compelling story.
