We’re looking for a Guidewire ClaimCenter Configuration Developer with around 4+ years’ experience to join a growing insurance technology team delivering high-impact claims transformation work. This is a hands-on role focused on configuration, customisation, and enhancement of ClaimCenter, working closely with business stakeholders in a complex insurance environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Configuring and developing within Guidewire ClaimCenter (Gosu, PCF, business rules)
  • Supporting delivery of ClaimCenter enhancements, upgrades, and BAU changes
  • Working closely with product owners, claims teams, and architects
  • Contributing to solution design and best practice development
  • Troubleshooting and resolving production issues

What We’re Looking For

  • ~4+ years’ experience working with Guidewire ClaimCenter
  • Strong hands-on experience with: Gosu, PCF configuration, Business rules
  • Background in: Insurance (preferred), ideally within the Lloyd's of London / London Market OR a consultancy
  • Strong understanding of claims processes and workflows
  • Guidewire certifications (Associate/Specialist/Professional) are a bonus, not essential
