- Turn use cases into structured, measurable delivery plans
- Build and embed AI governance frameworks (EU AI Act awareness)
- Create communities of practice and drive adoption
- Oversee smaller AI initiatives to ensure production readiness
You will operate between underwriting, Portfolio Analytics, IT and compliance β balancing innovation with risk, ROI and regulation.
What Youβll Bring:
- Experience delivering AI in a regulated environment
- Strong understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering and limitations
- Governance mindset and stakeholder credibility
- Ability to move initiatives from concept to production
This is a rare opportunity to shape how a global insurer institutionalises AI at enterprise scale.
