Datadog’s Partner Marketing Team is looking for a Senior Partner Marketing Manager to drive strategic marketing initiatives with our Cloud Service Providers and Channel Partners in EMEA.
In this role, you will own and execute marketing programs designed to increase partner engagement, generate leads, and expand awareness of Datadog’s solutions within the cloud provider and channel ecosystem.
This position offers a high-impact opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leadership while shaping Datadog’s presence with our ecosystem of partners.

We operate as a hybrid workplace to ensure our Datadogs can create a work-life harmony that best fits them.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute regional partner marketing programs, including webinars, demand generation campaigns, enablement sessions, industry events, and social media initiatives to drive engagement.
- Set cross-team strategy and execute plans, working cross-functionally across product, demand gen, and partnerships teams — often in ambiguous, fast-changing environments.
- Drive coordinated field alignment, co-sell motions, and partner-led pipeline with AWS, Google Cloud and Microsoft Azure
- Understand and work within regions and stakeholders across the South EMEA region to build the partner ecosystem
- Track and analyze the effectiveness of partner marketing initiatives, reporting on key performance metrics through internal and external quarterly OKRs to ensure continuous optimization.
- Translate partnership data into clear ROI narratives for leadership and client/partner audiences.
This includes presenting partnership marketing strategies and results to stakeholders while demonstrating clear ROI and strategic value
- Build and own our EMEA presence at global conferences like AWS Reinvent, DASH and Google Cloud Next
Who You Are
- 7-9 years of experience working in marketing; partner marketing and/or high-tech B2B marketing preferred
- Fluent in English (Datadog’s business language). Italian, Spanish or Arabic are nice to have.
- Strong stakeholder management and executive-level communication skills - the ability to build trust and influence across internal teams and partner organizations of varying sizes and seniority.
- You have a track record of turning co-marketing programs into pipeline - past campaigns generated measurable marketing-sourced revenue
- You are a strategic and analytical thinker paired with hands-on execution — you are equally comfortable setting vision and rolling up sleeves to run campaigns.
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a proven ability to influence others
- You have experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools
- Comfortable utilising AI in daily work
- This role requires 3 days a week in office
- Ability to travel 20% of the time
