We are seeking a Real Estate Associate Project Manager to help the Real Estate team optimize coworking, on-demand and direct office services globally. This is a critical role within our global Real Estate team. The Real Estate Associate Project Manager will be responsible for all coworking initiatives in Europe and Asia. This includes small real estate project management and real estate administration in a dynamic environment. The role reports to the Vice President, Global Real Estate.

Responsibilities

  • Manage Coworking access for EMEA, APAC as well as backup for AMER and LATAM coworking support to ensure our employees utilizing coworking spaces are fully supported.
  • Coordinate EMEA and APAC Coworking floorplans and services with Design & Construction and Office Operations on small projects.
  • Complete Weekly Capacity Updates of all Coworking locations where applicable.
  • Coordinate with Accounts Payable to update Credit Card information for Coworking and assist with Invoicing Issues.
  • Maintain our Datadog Coworking Members summary, tracking all activity including adding/deleting members, expanding/reducing capacity, adding/deleting locations, pay on demand members, rents, etc.
  • Own Global Real Estate Coworking vendor onboarding and Purchase Order creation.
  • Monitor and report usage of all Coworking locations in EMEA and APAC.
  • Analyze Pay on Demand monthly reporting and make recommendations from that data to maximize efficiency, manage costs, etc.
  • Visit locations as required for site evaluations, location inspections, meet with teams, and to address issues.
  • Ensure coworking offices are serviced per the terms of the lease.
  • Update all Real Estate Vendor, Landlord Contact Lists and Quarterly Review Materials.
  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement by bringing ideas forward to help differentiate the Datadog Real Estate team through efficiency and scalability to operate as, and deliver "best in class" results.

Your experience and qualifications

  • Minimum of a Degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate or Law.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in real estate, preferably in a fast-growing, international organization.
  • Minimum of 2 years financial and/or analytical experience with excellent spreadsheet skills.
  • Ability to analyze an issue, and/or data and develop a data driven solution.
  • Outstanding people, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven track record of working independently while effectively applying departmental standard operating procedures (SOPs) and guidelines to achieve success.
  • Verbal and written fluency in English required, and French preferred.
