Datadog is seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to join our global Campaign Operations team and lead campaign execution across EMEA. As the lead campaign operations hire in the region, you’ll own execution and optimization of our regional email marketing programs—helping shape Datadog’s presence in a rapidly growing market. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across marketing, go-to-market, and partner teams to drive measurable impact and channel performance. This is a high-visibility opportunity for a strategic, hands-on professional to make a lasting mark on Datadog’s international marketing engine.

  • Lead the development and execution of ad hoc and automated email programs in Marketo
  • Segment and manage lead databases to ensure accurate targeting, including partitioning for co-marketing and partner contacts
  • Oversee tagging, tracking, and lead flow processes for partner-sourced leads, proactively identifying risks and optimization opportunities
  • Analyze and report on campaign performance to uncover insights, recommend improvements, and implement changes
  • Partner with regional marketing and go-to-market teams to align campaign execution with strategic goals and best practices
  • Stay up to date on email marketing compliance and legal regulations to ensure ongoing adherence

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience in marketing operations, preferably in a B2B technology environment
  • Hands-on expertise with marketing automation and CRM platforms; Marketo and Salesforce experience strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with email development, HTML, and CSS
  • Knowledge of Tableau and SQL is a plus
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to collaborate across stakeholders and manage competing priorities
  • Bonus: Basic literacy in French or Spanish
