Datadog is seeking a Director, Technical Account Management (TAM) for the EMEA region to lead a 25–30 person team and scale to 50–70+ over the next 2–3 years. You will build infrastructure, develop first-line leaders, and implement scalable processes.
You will own the regional TAM strategy, executive relationships with key accounts, and collaborate with Sales, TPS, Product, and Enablement to drive adoption, renewals, and services revenue across Europe. This is a hybrid role with travel up to 50%.
