We’re looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join a growing recruitment function supporting a major organisation within the US data centre market.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process, working closely with hiring managers to deliver talent across technical engineering projects throughout the US.
You’ll act as a key partner to the business, combining recruitment delivery with stakeholder management, workforce planning and talent strategy.
What you’ll be responsible for:
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from initial brief through to offer
- Building strong relationships with hiring managers and understanding future hiring requirements
- Developing strategic hiring plans and building pipelines of specialist talent
- Managing candidate screening, interviews, feedback and negotiations
- Providing market insight, salary benchmarking and recruitment advice
- Tracking recruitment KPIs and producing regular reporting
- Improving recruitment processes and the overall candidate experience
- Building long-term passive talent pools across the US data centre market
Experience recruiting within data centres, commissioning, engineering, construction or another technical environment would be highly beneficial.
