Datacenter People are currently supporting a leading provider of market intelligence and research for the global data centre industry, in the search for a Research Manager to lead their EMEA research function from their London office. This is a high-impact management role focused on leading regional research delivery, developing a growing team of analysts, and ensuring the highest standards of market intelligence across one of the fastest-growing sectors in digital infrastructure.
The role sits at the heart of the business, partnering closely with commercial, product, operations and leadership teams to ensure market intelligence is translated into valuable insight, client delivery and product development.

You will take ownership of research delivery across the EMEA region, managing analyst resources, research quality, operational processes and stakeholder engagement. - Lead and manage the EMEA research function

We're Looking for Someone Who...
- Direct experience within the data centre, digital infrastructure or closely related markets
- Background in research, market intelligence, data analysis or information services
- Experience leading or managing research, analyst or intelligence teams
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to translate complex market developments into clear commercial insight
- Experience working with multiple internal stakeholders and senior leadership teams
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Experience within commercial real estate, cloud, colocation, telecoms, energy, construction or infrastructure markets would be highly relevant when combined with direct data centre industry exposure.
