In this role, you'll work closely with business owners and senior leaders across the region, providing expert guidance on skills development, organisational planning, and inclusive employment practices. You'll use your deep knowledge of the construction and green tech landscape to help businesses address workforce challenges, build strategic partnerships, and access the right training and development support.
Key Responsibilities:- Engage directly with businesses to understand their workforce development needs and opportunities.
- Deliver expert advice and coaching on people strategy, talent development, and skills planning.
- Lead on sector-focused initiatives across construction and green technology, including supporting housing targets and low-carbon growth.
