Video Content Specialist

Up to Β£35,000

Full time/Hybrid

Central Birmingham

I have an exciting opportunity for a Video Content Specialist to shape and grow the Social Media division within a full-service Marketing agency, collaborating closely with their Content and Creative teams. If you have a passion for creating standout video content that captures attention and drives engagement, I'd love to hear from you.

Role Overview

I'm looking for a Video Content Specialist to lead the production and delivery of video content across digital and social platforms. In this hands-on role, you'll be responsible for the full video production cycle, from concept through to final edit, for a broad portfolio of B2B clients, including manufacturers, tech firms, and service providers.

You'll be central to elevating our storytelling with visually compelling, commercially effective video that resonates across web, social, paid media, email, and more.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the video production process from initial concept to final delivery across multiple campaigns and client projects
  • Collaborate with strategy and content teams to develop creative video and animation concepts aligned with client objectives
  • Produce a variety of video formats including brand stories, product explainers, case studies, testimonials, social reels, and internal communications
  • Stay up to date with video trends, especially within the B2B space, and bring fresh, forward-thinking ideas to the team
  • Ensure all video content is optimised for performance across relevant platforms

The Ideal Candidate

  • A strong portfolio showcasing creative and technical expertise in both web and social video
  • Demonstrated experience producing high-quality video content across a range of sectors
  • Advanced skills in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects (or equivalent editing tools)
  • Solid understanding of video performance metrics and optimisation strategies for digital channels
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills – able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines with ease
  • A proactive, self-sufficient approach and a collaborative mindset when working within cross-functional creative teams

This role will be based out of our client's offices in Birmingham 4 days per week – you have the option of working from home on either a Monday or a Friday.

The starting salary is paying up to Β£35k. If you're interested and would like to find out more about this opportunity, please get in touch..
